Our most recent scholarship recipients are Jane Segedy of Hillsborough and Kyle Morin of Weare. Each received $1,000 for the 2011-2012 academic year. We are now accepting applications for the 2012-2013 academic year. This will be the 19th year that GSC has awarded scholarships to deserving students in its service area. Since the program's inception, the company has awarded over $33,000 to New Hampshire students aspiring to further their education.

Founded in 1994, GSC’s scholarship program rewards exceptional students living within our service area.

To be eligible, candidates must be a customer of Granite State Communications, which serves the following towns: Chester, Dunbarton, East Deering, Hillsboro Upper Village, Sandown, Washington, Weare or Windsor.

The scholarships are based on academic merit and financial need and are administered by the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. Scholarships will be awarded in the summer of 2012 for the 2012-13 academic year.
