Current Opportunities:
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales objectives
- Sales and service to new and existing customers through contact on the phone, by mail or in person
- Processing orders to ensure accuracy in the field by coordinating with Service Center
- Handling account adjustments and calculating balances for customers
- Coordinate special circuit requests with other carriers
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of college education and a minimum of 2 to 3 years related sales and customer service experience. This position requires a working knowledge of personal computers and the Internet. Our customer service focus requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires the ability to be highly organized, professional, and a motivated seller of our services.
Education Requirements
2+ years of college or equivalent work experience
