Bringing the Power of the Internet to Schools and Libraries

Granite State Communications provides free high speed Internet access to qualifying schools and libraries within our service area. We equip interested schools and libraries with telephone service, unlimited access to the Internet, and email free of charge. Schools and libraries located in the Chester (887), Hillsboro Upper Village (478), Washington (495), and Weare (529) telephone exchanges of Granite State Communications are eligible to participate in this program.

John Stark Regional High School (JSRHS) in Weare has received complimentary service over ten years and recently had its connection upgraded to ultra high speed fiber optics:

“Granite State Communications’ generous upgrade of our connection to fiber optic has dramatically increased our bandwidth, which will help us continue to use technology to promote the teaching and learning in our school. We appreciate the tremendous support of our professional learning community.”
Stephen Law, director of technology at JSRHS
