**Update October 10, 3:55pm — At this time ALL customer lines affected by the outage (both fiber optic and copper) have been restored. If you still do not have your service up and running, please call us at 603-529-9931 as we may have to refresh your equipment or troubleshoot your line. Thank you for all of your patience throughout the last few days.**
** Update October 10, 8:00am — All fiber optic service customers are now restored. If you still do not have your fiber service up and running, please call us at 603-529-9931 as we may have to refresh your equipment or troubleshoot your line. For customers receiving service from the copper cable, approximately half of those lines have now been restored, and we are expecting to restore the rest today. If you have copper service (non-fiber customers), we will post an announcement when all the copper network is completely restored. We will continue to work around the clock until all customers are restored. **
** Update October 9, 4:30pm — The majority of customers with fiber optic service have been restored at this point. The remaining fiber customers can expect to have service restored this evening. The copper cable had more extensive damage (affecting non-fiber customers), but we are hoping to have that repair completed over the next 48 hours. We will continue to work around the clock until all customers are restored. **
**Update October 9, 7:30am — over the night we began restoring customers from the second major cable damaged. After this we will have one more to repair to restore all customers. We appreciate your continued patience. Please check back for updates.
** Update October 8, 8:40pm — We are starting to restore customers who receive service from one the major cables damaged. When complete this will restore approximately half of the customers currently affected by the outage. We will continue to work throughout the night to make repairs and restore service to the remaining customers out of service. Please check back for updates. **
** Update October 8, 6:30pm — Crews continue to work non-stop to repair extensive cable damage and will continue to do so until 100% of service is restored. The magnitude of the damage has caused longer than anticipated repair times, but please be assured that we are putting 100% of our resources into resolving the outage as soon as possible. We appreciate your continued patience and will provide more information as soon as we can. **
**Update October 8, 8:00am — Crews having been working continuously throughout the night. Damage to our cabling at the accident location on Rte. 114 was extensive, but we are making progress. We are expecting to restore service throughout the day today. We will update as soon as more information becomes available.**

Service Alert – We are currently experiencing an outage in the Weare service area related to a pole accident. Technicians are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible. Please check back here for updates.
