Internet Restored

**UPDATE 10/21, 10:00am** – Service has been restored to almost all customers affected by yesterday’s pole accident. If you are still experiencing a service issue at this point, please call us at 603-529-9931 or 1-888-896-7824. Thank you.

**UPDATE 8:30pm** — The majority of customer’s service has been restored. Technicians continue working to restore service to the remaining customers.

**Update 5:00pm** — As work continued this afternoon additional more extensive cable damage was discovered, but we are still hopeful to have service repaired sometime this evening. Our team will continue to work around the clock until all service is restored. Thank you for your continued patience.

**UPDATE 2:30pm** – our technicians are continuing to work hard to restore service. Both copper and fiber cable were cut in the accident. Current estimates are to have service restored by this evening. A number of factors could affect progress so please check back here for updates.

**UPDATE 8:55am** – our crew is on scene on 2nd NH Turnpike near the Franklin Pierce Homestead in Hillsborough where a dump truck has crashed into a pole. We do not have a restoration ETA at this time but our team is working hard to have the truck removed and repair damages.

Service Alert – We are currently experiencing an outage in the Hillsboro and Washington service area related to a pole accident. Technicians are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible
