If you are subscribed to our GoCare Mobile Alerts, you can be notified of via text message of any outage information for your area as well.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that we may not know if an individual connection is down. In these circumstances, if you can find a way to notify us, we will take it from there. We now offer the ability to Report An Outage in our Support section.
